Timer

Set an exact hours/minutes/seconds duration, or pick a one-click preset from 1 to 60 minutes. PressStart and the countdown runs — its end time is computed from the real clock the moment you start it, so switching tabs, locking your phone, or letting your laptop sleep doesn't throw it off the way a naive "count down once a second" timer would.

Need "just a bit longer"? The quick-add buttons extend a running or paused timer without resetting it. Press the fullscreen icon (or the F key) for a distraction-free, presentation-sized countdown — ideal for a classroom, a meeting, or a workout viewed from across the room.

A timer counts down from a duration you set; an alarm rings at a specific time of day, optionally every day you choose. If you want the latter, head back to the alarm clock — or check thestopwatch if you need to count up instead.
