Why Real Online Alarm exists

Most free online alarm clocks share the same shortcuts: one alarm at a time, a fixed 10-minute snooze, and no real way to say "wake me up Monday through Friday" without re-setting the time every single night. A handful even admit outright that they only work if you leave the tab open and don't lock your phone — which is a strange thing for an alarm clock to say.

Real Online Alarm was built to fix all three. Set as many independent alarms as you want, each with its own label, sound, snooze length, and actual day-of-week recurrence — "every weekday," "weekends," or any custom combination. Under the hood, every alarm computes its next trigger from the real wall-clock time on every check, not a number counting down in memory, so a backgrounded tab, a locked phone, or a sleeping laptop doesn't throw it off. A Screen Wake Lock keeps the tab alive while an alarm is armed, and an optional browser notification backs up the fullscreen ringing screen if the tab does end up out of view.

The rest of the site follows the same rule: no account, no download, no paywall, and — as described in full on the Privacy Policy — no data collected about you or how you use it. Every alarm you set is saved only in your own browser's local storage.
