Real Online Alarm is a static site with no backend — there's no contact form or support inbox wired up here yet. If an alarm didn't fire when it should have, a sound won't play, or something on the site just doesn't work the way it should, we'd still like to hear about it; a dedicated way to reach us is coming.

In the meantime, the most useful thing you can do is note the alarm's time, its repeat setting, which browser and device you were using, and what happened instead of what you expected — that context is what actually gets an issue fixed quickly once there's a channel to send it through.
